RatioSeat is a planning aid. It does not certify licensing compliance or replace advice from your licensing specialist.

Agreement

By using RatioSeat at ratioseat.com, you agree to these terms on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RatioSeat provides waitlist ranking, opening forecasts, classroom move-up planning, and related tools. Outputs are planning aids. You must verify ratios and licensing requirements with your jurisdiction and specialists before operational decisions.

Accounts & acceptable use

You are responsible for credentials, MCP API keys, and activity under your account. You will not use the service for unlawful discrimination, harassment, or uploading data you lack rights to process.

Paid plans

Self-serve RatioSeat Pro ($29/mo) and other paid tiers bill through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel via the customer portal; access continues through the paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee enrollment outcomes, ratio compliance, or error-free forecasts.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RatioSeat's total liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms or the product. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
