# RatioSeat

> RatioSeat is daycare waitlist, classroom transition, and licensing-ratio forecasting software for center directors — a planning aid beside Brightwheel or Procare, not a licensing certification.

RatioSeat helps directors see upcoming seat openings, rank waitlisted families, run what-if enrollments, and surface ratio risks from state ratio packs. **Start free** with the sample center, **see how it works** on the product tour, then upgrade to **RatioSeat Pro ($29/mo)** for the director app and self-serve **MCP API keys**. Free tier agents can use a read-only demo key against the Sunshine Kids Austin seed.

MCP: Streamable HTTP JSON-RPC at `https://ratioseat.com/api/mcp` (methods: initialize, tools/list, tools/call, ping). Bearer API keys from Settings → MCP on Pro orgs. Read-only demo: Bearer rs_test_demo (Sunshine Kids Austin seed). Mutating tools return upgrade_required.
