RatioSeat is a planning aid. It does not certify licensing compliance or replace advice from your licensing specialist.

1. State packs are planning aids with “last verified” dates; directors must confirm against official regulations.
2. Software is not legal advice and is not a licensing compliance system.
3. Custom / QRIS profiles: stricter than state is OK; RatioSeat shows a loud warning if an override is looser than the state pack and requires owner acknowledgement.
4. Minors’ data: minimum necessary; COPPA-aware portal practices; encryption, roles, audit, retention; DPA on Pro+.
5. No SSNs or full medical charts in MVP. Readiness = free-text flags only.
6. Priority and offer fairness: audit reasons required; the center remains liable for discriminatory practices.
7. SMS: TCPA/CASL consent timestamp stored before send.
